Questions, answered
Does it cost anything to design?
Not yet. Designing in the studio and downloading your files is free while Printly is in early access. When paid plans open, the Free plan stays; the pricing page shows what Solo, Enterprise and extra credits will cost.
What file do I get?
A layered SVG at real size in millimetres, with the cut and crease lines untouched, plus a PNG mockup of the folded box.
How sharp do my photos need to be?
300 DPI at the size they print. The studio tells you when a photo falls below that.
What is bleed and do I need to worry about it?
Bleed is the extra margin printed past the cut line so no white edge shows. Panel colours run into it automatically; the studio warns you if artwork goes past it.
Can I print the inside of the box?
Yes. Switch to the inside side in the editor and design it the same way.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the box style, the board and how many you need, so we confirm minimums and lead times per order. Email hi@justprintly.com with your box and quantity and we'll tell you what to expect.
